Prompt, honest, friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Kurt came right out and checked my system. He even topped of my freon the day before the parts arrived so I still would have AC for my home. He was able to find the parts needed when other companies weren't sure when they would be able to get them. Do yourself a favor and hire him if you're ever in need of service. I will definitely use him in the future.
